01 BACKGROUND
How I got here.
I spent more than a decade working inside manufacturing companies in Argentina, across finance, treasury, logistics and operations. The work rarely belonged to just one department. A decision in one place could affect suppliers, production, deliveries or cash somewhere else.
Over time, understanding those connections became part of the job: knowing what was happening, who it affected and what needed to happen next.
Moving to Copenhagen changed the context completely. I started working behind the scenes at live events, where a lot has to come together before the audience ever walks through the doors.
Plans are precise, but the day itself can change quickly. Equipment arrives, crews move, timings shift and problems have to be dealt with while the rest of the production keeps moving. The doors still have an opening time.
Then I opened Figma.
I started with Google's UX Design Certificate, then kept going through courses and projects of my own. What began with learning the tools gradually became designing, testing and building complete experiences myself.

A little more about me.
I'm Franco, an Argentinian Product Designer based in Copenhagen.
I came to design through a fairly indirect route: manufacturing, finance, operations and live events. Somewhere along the way I realised that the part I enjoyed most was always the same: understanding how things work and making them easier for people.
A stage manager once described me with one word: reliable. I liked it more than I expected. I show up, I don't leave people hanging, and if I know something that can help someone else, I'll share it.
Small things I take surprisingly seriously.
